LEDSaigon’s customers range from small retail customers to predominantly industrial factories who require LED lighting for production. More appealing to customers
The client originally believed that quality of their products alone would generate sales, and not marketing would generate sales. However, this philosophy in marketing soon hindered the client’s profits as no one knew about their products, and no one made a purchase. Soon they had to change their approach to include digital marketing to tell more people about the quality of their products. The cliented to attract more customers to view their product details on their website. That’s when they turned to AdsPlus, who recommended Google Search.

How we meet the desire of LEDSaigon?
Given that most of the clients’ customers would review product information through their mobile phones, we understood that LEDSaigon’s website should be more mobile friendly. We suggested the clients to first test the quality of their website using our mobile readiness testing tools. The tool is designed to test the loading speed, the friendliness on Mobile devices and size of Website. We emailed them the analysis and suggested how the client could improve their website. After three weeks of website optimization, the client’s website scored 96% for mobile friendliness. A more mobile friendly website gives customers better user experience. This may lead more people who click on the ad, resulting in higher quality score for the Search Ads, which leads to potentially lower cost per clicks and higher ad rank for the Search Campaign. More obviously, the website improvement is meaningful because a better website and landing page would help LEDSaigon’s customers navigate the site easier, which can lead to more sales.

Next, Adsplus’s consultant discussed keywords that would be used with the client. We had come up with keyword lists for later setting up campaigns and even negative keyword lists to avoid wasting the client’s money on common irrelevant search terms. Our AdWords account management teams analyzed the lists and figured out keywords with affordable cost per click for the clients.

Once the client’s website was fixed, and the keywords were defined, we assigned an AdWords account manager to manage the campaign proactively along with customers in the first two weeks on client onboarding. During this time we carefully monitored the campaign performance, and modified the keywords or bids as needed. Moreover Adsplus introduced Guru-platform to manage and the campaign effectively. Clients could viewed the campaign anywhere and whenever they want. This platform reflected basic statistic including clicks, CTR, CPC or Conversion Rate and all contact number of consultants and technicians so they can made a change by contacting their account manager directly. In addition, reports on SMS and emails were sent daily in case the client preferred to be notified of their campaign performance.
The result is even better than we expected.
We picked keywords with lowest cost per click (CPC) and highest click through rate (CTR) to optimize the overall cost of running the search campaign. The CTR was 17% and cost per acquisition was approximately 7.5 USD, allowing the client to be profitable. Additionally, LEDSaigon had spent just 10% of their previous revenue for marketing that resulted in 200% increase in order from factories. Subtracting all cost the profit increases 175%. This kind of return on investment is the reason why LEDSaigon entrusts Adsplus with future Adwords campaig
